Spirit Committee - (8 students)
Create and design team spirit-related items- Sponsor logos for t-shirts and to display on robot
- Banners for pit
- T-shirts
- Buttons
- Hair ribbons
- Sweatshirts and sweatpants
- Car magnets, key chains, pencils, bracelets, balloons, foam fingers, etc.
Plan spirit events and activities for competitions
- Elect spirit-leader and create plan for spirit during competitions
- Create and teach team cheers
Organize Robotics team spirit days (everyone wears shirt or buttons or dresses up on same day)
Get thank-you bag with spirit items to each sponsor with personal thank-you note
Organize group photo early in season and at competitions
Organize “pit-diva” thank you’s
Plan and organize three team-building activities that get the Robotics team having fun together during non-build season
Ideas: bowling, laser tag, science and tech museum, LAN party, campout, water park, zoo, movie
and pizza, corn maze, picnic, skating, mini-golf, hayride, spy museum, pool party, skiing, tie-dye
Committee Chair submits activity proposals to Leadership Committee for approval
