The Electrical sub-team is responsible for supplying power to the robot. It connects the various motors and other components used by the mechanisms and drive teams to the power board. The electrical sub-team also wires up various systems for the programming and controls sub-teams.
The Electrical Captain is responsible for:
- Keeping the team working efficiently and on task at all times
- Designing the electrical system of robot
- Hooking up and labeling all of the electrical wiring and power supply
- Facilitating the creation of separate power supply and wiring systems for prototyping different ideas for other sub teams
Electrical Team Updates:
Build season is over but we aren't done yet; we have to get a computer box together and get ready for competion.
