12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch (spectators are encouraged to come at noon)
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm Opening Ceremony
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Match Rounds
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm Elimination Match Rounds
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Awards Ceremony

What we need from each team:

- Registration fee
- Names of all participants (PIT): students, coaches and mentors (for badges)
- What city is your Team from?
- Will you be using light sensors?
- Do you have any special requirements to show your research project?
- Team contact information on day of tournament
- For our seating count: do you know (guess) how many parents/spectators may come?
- Food requirements (see below)

Lunch
In order to make sure every team has plenty of time for lunch,
please contact us with your lunch preferences:
1) will your team be ordering from our concession stand: hotdogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, & grilled chicken sandwiches
2) will your team have lunch delivered? we can supply you with a list of local restaurants that deliver
3) will you be going out: we can supply you with a list of very fast restaurants nearby
4) will you be bringing a bag lunch?
pre-ordered TEAM box lunches are available: orders due by Tuesday, December 8th
Pre-ordering helps us to guarantee your lunch is ready on time.
$4.00 Hotdog, chips and drink (soda or water)
$4.50 Hamburger, chips and drink
$5.00 Chicken sandwich, chips and drink
$15.00 Large 1-topping pizza (cheese, pepperoni, sausage)
For breakfast: we will be serving breakfast sandwiches and hot coffee!
*Your lunch purchase helps us offset the many costs of hosting this competition.
